1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Andalay Beach Resort's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Booking and Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Andalay Beach Resort.
A valid credit card or deposit may be required to guarantee your reservation.
Rates are subject to change without notice until reservation is confirmed.
Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Valid identification is required at check-in.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Special rates and packages may have different cancellation policies.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the rate and timing of cancellation.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon booking confirmation or at check-in as specified.
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise specified.
Additional charges for incidentals, services, and amenities will be added to your final bill.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property during their stay.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and designated non-smoking zones.
Guests must comply with resort policies and local laws and regulations.
Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Andalay Beach Resort shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or facilities. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for accommodation.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Modifications
Andalay Beach Resort reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
